Phrozen Mega 8K/8KS Bed Assembly

BAM Performance Phrozen Mega 8K/8KS Bed Assemblies are compatible with the Phrozen Mega 8K and Phrozen Mega 8KS resin printers.  This is a heavy duty innovative bed assembly that's the first of its kind.  This bed assembly will completely replace the oem bed assembly, enable you to quickly and easily level the bed, enable you to have faster cycle times, enable you to remove printed parts easier, and significantly reduce cleanup times.

BAM Performance Bed Assemblies feature a new mounting bracket setup.  This setup is easy to assemble and simplifies the bed leveling process.  The aluminum top plate and lower mounting brackets are anodized black and laser engraved so they not only look great, but are also easy to clean.  Each top plate also features 4 storage holes for flex plate alignment pins.

BAM Performance Bed Assemblies feature a proprietary first of its kind bed for resin printers.  Each bed is precision ground to achieve a tight tolerance for flatness, includes 12 built in magnets resulting in over 100 lbs of pull force, includes machined alignment paths for easy flex plate installation, includes alignment pins for easy flex plate installation and alignment, and includes a seal along the outer perimeter of the bed which prevents resin from getting under the flex plate and around the magnets.  The combination of all these features results in a revolutionary bed system that will transform your resin printing experience.

BAM Performance Bed Assemblies feature a heavy duty magnetic stainless steel flex plate.  These flex plates feature a brushed surface that provides a good balance between adhesion and ease of part removal, alignment tabs which fit into the alignment paths machined into each bed allowing for easy installation of the flex plate, and several tabs around the flex plate perimeter to make it easy to remove and handle the flex plate. The tabs also have holes in them so flex plates can be hung for storage or draining.

BAM Performance Bed Assemblies will work with the recommended resin vat fill level used with the oem bed.  Print settings that work with the oem bed will work but it's recommended to slow down the print settings for the first 5mm to achieve the best results.
